Queue Assist™ integrates directly with Beonic’s award winning Traffic Insight™ system utilizing its robust data capture, database, data reporting and analysis architecture. The Queue Assist™ system is built on the Traffic Insight system by adding all or any combination of the following modules:
Queue Early Warning™
Queue Early Warning™ system is designed to predict customer service levels in advance, ensuring the appropriate number of checkouts are open for the impending demand of customers. Information about the checkout opening and closing activity and transactional throughput is recorded in the Traffic Insight database for further analysis. The system is designed to take the operational risk out of the manager’s decisions and ensures a consistent level of service across all managers within the organization.
Queue Length Analyser™
The Queue Length Analyser™ system measures the queue length and customer wait times for every checkout. Beonic’s Queue Length Analyser™ system uses the latest generation of Beonic’s specialized sensor and people counting technology. These sensors monitor when customers arrive into the store, where they walk and where they wait. The new intelligent analytic software gives this system and its users a competitive edge.
Queue Management Console™
The Queue Management Console™ is the command centre which allows store management to effectively control the stores front end. The Queue Management Console™ operates via a graphical touch screen interface that allows store managers to view the current status of open and closed cash registers and it has the ability to change the status of the cash register at any time.
Queue Management Portal™
End-of-day reporting provides a clear historical record of exactly what went on in the store. These are summarized into easily identifiable Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) at each store such as:
- Checkout performance against actual allocations
- Customer service performance against queue length and wait time information
- Sales analysis performance analysis
- Labour efficiency performance analysis
