Beonic Technologies aims to satisfy every client request quickly and to minimise any disruption.

We offer 12-month warranty service on units we supply. When outside of warranty we will provide support either as part of a Service Level Agreement, or on a fee paying basis.

The process for lodging a service request is:

  • Contact Beonic Technologies via phone or email to raise your issue.
  • Immediately after an issue has been raised, you will be advised via email of the ticket number and a process to request any further information relating to this ticket.
  • Beonic Technologies will respond and provide the necessary advice.
  • If the unit needs to be returned under instruction from Beonic Technologies, please download the Return Authorisation Form, fill it out and attach it to the unit being returned.
  • Beonic Technologies will proactively advise you of the status of the service request via our Zendesk support system.

In addition, Beonic is happy to assist with any auditing, maintenance, training and reporting issues.
