About Billy Tucker

Billy is an experienced leader with his career spanning technology, startup, private and listed companies. Prior to Beonic, Billy was the CEO of Oneflare and had spent almost a decade as a global executive in product and corporate development roles with Microsoft. 

About John Rankin

John has over 18 years’ experience in the media and property industry, 10 of which were spent in senior and executive leadership positions. Prior to joining Beonic, John worked at GPT Group where he held two Director-level positions. Prior to GPT, John spent five years in the United Kingdom at out-of-home media company EYE as General Manager. John is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

About Michael Walker

Michael has over 20 years of executive management and capital markets experience. Michael was formerly a Director of Citigroup (Asia Pacific), where he held several senior roles in Australia and Hong Kong. Prior to Citigroup, Michael held senior positions at Citibank, UBS and Bankers Trust.

About Koreen White

Koreen brings 20 years’ experience in listed and unlisted, Australian and US-based corporate entities having worked across the technology, media and telecommunications sector.

About Jason Martin

Jason’s experience extends across a number of key verticals including information security, media, finance and defense. Jason’s ability to design and deliver high performing software solutions is evidenced by his experience designing highly scalable and secure data processing systems for international governments.

About Ian Robinson

Ian is a media industry professional with over 17 years’ experience. Ian works directly with Innovation, Marketing and Data teams at major retail property groups to unlock the value in the Beonic platform and drive business growth.

About Tanya Menzel

Leading Beonic’s human resource strategy, talent management, and HR operations, Tanya has worked across multiple continents and industries. Prior to joining Beonic, Tanya worked in consulting, HR, and Higher Education before spending 13 years in Asia building and scaling multiple global start-ups. She is a proud mum to four boys, and is a white collar boxing champion.

About Bob Alexander

Mr. Bob Alexander is an experienced “C” suite executive and ASX listed company director, having held several Non-Executive Director roles in the technology solution, intellectual property, and digital media and advertising industries. Bob was a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee for former ASX-listed software company, The Citadel Group Limited, as well as Xenith IP Group Limited and QMS Media Limited.

• Member (Chairman) of the Remuneration and Nomination Sub-Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Sub-Committee.
• Holds a relevant interest in 509,250 shares.
• No other listed company directorships.

Bob started his career with Ernst and Young and has worked both internationally and in Australia throughout his career in media, entertainment, publishing, professional services, and Fintech.

About Kirsty Rankin

Ms. Kirsty Rankin is an experienced senior executive in the data-driven digital marketing sector. Kirsty was most recently Senior Vice President Product Development, Data and Services for Mastercard, based in New York. Prior to Kirsty’s six years at Mastercard, she was Co-founder and joint-CEO of Pinpoint Pty Ltd., a leading Asia-Pacific loyalty and marketing company with over 500 employees, six regional offices and a range of blue-chip clients including Qantas, Westpac, Visa, Telstra, Myer and Citibank. Kirsty is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently sits on the Boards of Flight Centre, Stone & Chalk and Azupay as a non-executive director.

About Koreen White

Koreen brings 20 years’ experience in listed and unlisted, Australian and US-based corporate entities having worked across the technology, media and telecommunications sector.

About Mark Devadason

Mr. Mark Devadason has more than 30 years of international banking and leadership experience across corporate, private banking, and broad-based sustainability work. Mark’s experiences include CEO and leadership roles in wholesale banking across Oceania and Asia Pacific. From 2010 to 2016, Mark was Global Head of Sustainability at Standard Chartered, where he was in charge of the Group’s overall sustainability agenda and the bank’s responsible banking practices. Mark is also a Non-Executive Director of the Melbourne-based mutual bank, Bank First, and an executive coach and mentor with Stephenson Mansell Group.
